OPP stands for Operational Practice Platform. Each OPP represents a different practice environment: Coaching — Practice coaching conversations and develop leadership skills; DCSA Interview — Prepare for security clearance background interviews; CBP — Customs and Border Protection scenario practice; Interviewing — General interview preparation; Interrogation — Advanced interview technique practice.
Q3: How do I create an account?
Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage to request an account. You'll need to provide your name, email, and company information. Our team will set up your account and grant access to the appropriate OPPs based on your organization's subscription.
Q4: What browsers are supported?
PersonaOPPs works best on modern browsers: Chrome (recommended) — Latest version; Firefox — Latest version; Safari — Version 11 or later; Edge — Latest version.
Q5: What are the system requirements?

Q6: Why am I getting 'User not found in system' after logging in?
This means your account hasn't been fully set up yet. Please contact your organization's administrator or use the support chat to request access.

Q9: How do I start a practice conversation?
1. Log in to your account. 2. Select an OPP from the dashboard or sidebar. 3. Choose a persona to practice with. 4. Click "Practice Now" to begin. 5. Grant microphone permissions when prompted. 6. Start speaking when connected.
Q10: What do I need before starting a session?
Microphone permissions enabled in your browser; a quiet environment for clear audio; headphones recommended (to prevent echo); stable internet connection.
Q11: How do I test my microphone and speakers?
On the setup screen before your call: select your microphone from the dropdown; watch the audio level bars respond to your voice; click "Test Speaker" to verify audio output; adjust your device selection if needed.
Q12: Can I resume a previous conversation?
Yes! If you have a previous session with a persona, you'll see a "Resume Conversation" option when starting a new session. This loads your previous transcript, a summary of where you left off, and context for the AI to continue naturally.
Q13: Why did my 'Resume Conversation' fail?
Resume failures can occur due to network connectivity issues, session data expiration, or server timeout. If resume fails, you can start a fresh session. Your previous session history is still saved and viewable in your conversation history.

Session length depends on your organization's settings. Some tenants have time limits per session

Try these steps: check browser permissions (click the lock icon in your address bar and ensure microphone access is "Allowed"); check system settings (ensure your microphone is enabled in your operating system settings); try a different microphone if available; refresh the page; try a different browser (Chrome is recommended for best compatibility).
Q16: The audio sounds garbled or robot-like
This usually indicates network issues: check your internet connection speed and stability; move closer to your WiFi router or use ethernet; close bandwidth-heavy applications (streaming, downloads); try a different network if available.
Q17: I can't hear the agent/persona
Check the following: system volume (ensure your computer volume is up); browser volume (some browsers have per-tab volume controls); correct output device (verify the right speakers/headphones are selected); audio test (use the speaker test on the setup screen before your call).
Q18: The connection keeps dropping
For unstable connections: use a wired ethernet connection instead of WiFi; check for network congestion (other users, devices); disable VPN if it's causing issues; try a different network if available.
Q19: Stuck on 'Connecting...' — what should I check?
Refresh the page and try again; check your internet connection; disable browser extensions that might interfere; try a different browser (Chrome recommended).
Q20: What counts as a 'used' session?
A session counts toward your limit when you complete a conversation of meaningful length (typically 4+ exchanges). Short tests or failed connections typically don't count.
Q21: I've reached my usage limit — what now?
Your limit will reset based on your organization's plan. Contact your administrator or our support team if you need additional sessions sooner.
Q22: How do I check my remaining sessions?
Your remaining sessions are shown before starting a practice session and on your dashboard.
Q23: Why can't I see my analysis?
Analysis requires a minimum conversation length (at least 4 message exchanges), successful completion of the session, and processing time (30–60 seconds typically). Very short conversations won't generate analysis.
Q24: Analysis is stuck on 'Analyzing...' — what do I do?
Analysis generation can take 30–60 seconds for complex conversations. If it's stuck longer: wait up to 2 minutes before refreshing; refresh the page (your conversation is saved); check your conversation history (analysis may have completed); contact support if the issue persists.
Q25: What's the minimum conversation length for analysis?
At least 4 meaningful message exchanges (back-and-forth turns) are required. Quick tests or single questions won't generate analysis because there's insufficient content to evaluate.
Q26: How do I view my conversation history?
Navigate to "Conversation History" from the dashboard sidebar. You can view past session transcripts, review analysis reports, track your progress over time, and export session details.
Q27: Login popup is being blocked — what do I do?
Some login methods open a popup window. If login fails: check for a blocked popup notification in your browser; allow popups for personaopps.com; try clicking the login button again; if using an ad blocker, whitelist our domain.
Q28: Is mobile browser supported?
Limited mobile support is available on iOS Safari and Chrome for Android. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
